Design Assistant version 8.10 has been released

We have released version 8.10 of the Lode Data Design Assistant. Please contact us to request the download link. This release has the following new features and maintenance fixes:

8.10 New Features/Enhancements:

• New Project Load Option. Load specs automatically from last save. All specs must be in the same directory. An initial project file (DAP) must be setup to load any set of specs from the spec directory
• A new Power Supply Report is available. File-Print- Misc. Location, Name, Part Number, Voltage, Current, % Capacity, and Address
• Address added to Actives Report
• Jump to PCD option added to Jump Command. Use F5 and F6 to Jump to Next and Previous PCD in the current network
• Power Supplies and PCD’s have been added to the Downstream Summary Reports

8.10 Maintenance notes:

• Long Part Numbers in Cable Specs no longer cause issues in Drafting Assistant
• Test Area and Locate no longer crash when PCD’s are being used
• File Unload Pricing File now unloads the Pricing File
• When using the DEL button to delete a branch/line, you can now press ENTER or SPACE BAR for Yes, and ESC for No
• When placing a new Active, the FWD PAD and FWD EQ now display properly in the Print Network and Amp Data command
